Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from MoonAndNoor, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them — crafted to protect both you and our brand.
Purchase Eligibility
By completing a purchase on MoonAndNoor, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract for the goods you are ordering.
- Age of Majority Required — Adults only. All purchasers must be of legal age to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction. If you are under this age, please arrange your purchase through a parent or legal guardian.
- Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete contact, billing, and shipping information for every order.
- Account Responsibility. Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account.
Pricing & Inventory Rights
MoonAndNoor works with limited-production artisans and dynamic supply partners. To keep our catalog fair and accurate, we retain the following rights, exercised only when necessary and always communicated transparently.
Price Modification Right
MoonAndNoor reserves the right to change product prices, shipping fees, duties, and promotional pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the moment of order confirmation (checkout page) are the prices applicable to that specific order.
Inventory Modification Right
MoonAndNoor reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove products, collections, and stock levels at any time, including personalized / out-of-production pieces. If an item is no longer available after your order is placed, a full refund or alternative option will be offered promptly.
- Typographical Errors. In the rare event of a pricing or product-description typo on the site, MoonAndNoor reserves the right to cancel affected orders and refund any monies paid, at our sole discretion.
- Promotions. Offers, discounts, and free-shipping thresholds may be modified or ended at any time. They cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed prior to the promotion.
Intellectual Property
Design Images & Photography
All jewelry design images, product photography, lifestyle photos, videos, renderings, and design sketches displayed on MoonAndNoor (website, social, ads, and marketing materials) are the exclusive copyrighted property of MoonAndNoor and its licensors.
Brand Copy & Written Content
All product descriptions, brand story, marketing copy, taglines, category names, and written content across MoonAndNoor digital properties are original intellectual property. No portion may be reused without explicit written permission.
Design Theft & Copy Theft are strictly prohibited. Do not scrape, mirror, download, reproduce, repost, resell, translate, or create derivative works from MoonAndNoor product images, design diagrams, or written copy — in whole or in part — for use on any website, marketplace, social account, or print media, commercial or otherwise. Violators will be pursued to the fullest extent under applicable trademark, copyright, and unfair-competition law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service, including the formation, interpretation, and performance of the contract between you and MoonAndNoor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your order, or your use of MoonAndNoor services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
