Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, in original packaging with the GRA certificate (if applicable) and all accompanying tags, pouches, and gift cards intact. Pieces showing signs of wear, sizing modifications, or damage cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every parcel is triple-checked — but mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we will take care of the rest, no costs to you.
Note: Personalized jewelry (name necklaces, engraved pieces, custom letters, and all made-to-order items) cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect confirmed by our quality team. Each piece is crafted uniquely for you — please double-check spellings, fonts, and sizes before ordering.
